I received an invoice with the wrong header.

The invoice number to be changed is: IEE2023000626207

The correct header is:

PLANET FARMS ITALIA SOCIETA' AGRICOLA SRL sede legale : VIA STATUTO 10 - 20121 MILANO
PI e CF 10295660962
SDI : ISHDUAE

You should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:

(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person)

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

 

I also removed the file you attached since it contains private information that you should not share on a public forum.

I can't get in touch with the support chat. The link you gave me does not give me the option to activate the support chat.
