iOS app crashes on fillable form field

Question

I have a form that works in the 64-bit version on PC, but crashes in the iOS version whenever you enter any information in a specific field.  It doesn't show any error or anything, just closes back to the home screen.  I'm running Adobe Reader (free) Version 24.04.01 on an iPad Air.  I've tried it on multiple iPads and have the same issue every time.

The functionality of mobile PDF viewers lags behind the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat or Reader quite a bit, and that does include Adobe's own offerings. It is possible that the crash is due to something that is supported on the desktop, but not in the mobile version, but this is just a guess. You can file a bug report with Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
