Is Acrobat DC part of Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams?

Hi,

One of our users recently had difficulties editing a .pdf document on the desktop, despite having a licence for Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams.

He was forced to use the online editing tool.

Has access to the acrobat desktop editor been removed from Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams?

Please ensure that the user has signed in using the Adobe ID (email address) registered for the subscription.

As the issue occurs for a particular user, please share the Adobe ID used by the user in the private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page. We will check the current active status for the user and share the correct information.
