Is EmojiOne Color (SVG) font suitable for print output?

PDFs with embedded EmojiOne font provided for printing return error "Some characters may not display or print correctly". Adobe's 4/27/21 article "OpenType-SVG color fonts" does not list InDesign or Acrobat as applications that support OpenType-SVG fonts. I understand the SVG format originated for Web. Are these fonts suitable for printing?
