Is it possible to add additional aliases in ink manager

I am looking to use ink manager to alert my printer that certain inks used on their combo presses will be Rotary Silk Screen, or Gravure, or cold foil etc.
It seems like the "Type" in Ink Manager should let you do this. But I am not sure how to expand my alias options.
Ideas? or is this not possible?
