Is it possible to change size of Pencil tool crosshair?

It becomes nearly invisible when moving over the document - especially any area that's gray or black. A few users have asked if we can PLEASE find an adjustment. I see opacity and size of the line when you draw it in properties, but nothing for the actual cursor crosshair. I've searched Google and Adobe extensively. Thanks for any help. Crossing my fingers.
