Is it possible to convert dwg files to PDF in Acrobat standard DC?

I do not have an Acrobat Standard DC license, so I ask.

Quick answer: no.

DNG (Digital Negative) files need to "seen" by either Adobe Camera Raw (a plugin to either Bridge or Photoshop) or by Lightroom to be interpreted as an image. Acrobat has no mechanism to understand the DNG format.

Sorry, you will need either Photoshop or Lightroom (either Classic or CC) to have access to these files.
