Is it possible to go back to an easier version? How can I print out a Users Manual for Pro DC?

I used to use Adobe Acrobat 11 - now I get Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It doesn't look the same!

Is it possible to go back to a version that I'm familiar with?

Where can I find a User's Manual that I can print out, rather than viewing everything online?

One thing I found very useful in this version is the Tools search capability. Just type what you're looking for like the word "Split" and it will automatically take you to that tool. You don't really need to learn where everything is right away—just use the search to get there.
