Question

Is it possible to have PDFs open minimized/as 'pop-under's?

Hello,

For work I need to download and view PDFs quickly whilst in online meetings. I have PDF downloads set to open automatically when downloaded. Normally I just need to dl one PDF at a time so that's fine.

However, sometimes I download a lot of PDFs at one time, and frustratingly individual PDF pops up in Acrobat, so I have to minmize it, return to my internet browser, download the next file, and repeat the process.

Is there anyway that I can set Acrobat to open PDFs/minimized/in the background/to get them to 'pop-under' so I can stay in my internet browser and keep downloading files.

Many thanks,

David

I don't think so. Why not change your settings to just download them, instead of downloading and opening them, then?

It's a fine balance between the convenience of having them open automatically, which I use a lot, and the ocassional inconvenience of not being able to download several at a time quickly
