Is it possible to lock PDF printing settings to a specific format

Is it possible to lock PDF printing settings so that everyone can only print the PDF file in a specific format? In a nutshell, id like to make this pdf documents printing options locked because those are specific and work with the document so well. Goal is to send the document to a person and he can just press print it and it comes out in a specific booklet form and he cannot make any mistakes printing it or adjusting the settings?
