Is it possible to restrict pdf fillable form user

1. I want to restrict pdf form users to enter data in pdf fillable form not more than twice, i mean maximum tries for a users must be two times, how to do it please help out.

 

2. Similary maximum print of a form also be two times. restriction applies here

    1. A script can do it, but the user could just re-open the file and have two more goes, as much as they needed.

    2. Not possible, unless you use DRM technology.
