Is it possible to sort with special field in the PDF?

Hi, Team.

Good afternoon.

I have one PDF file and there are 100 pages and there is Telephone number in the each page.

so i want to sort by this telephone number.

This telephone number is in the same location in the each page.

is it possible to sort this?

Could you check and recommend please?

You'll need to write a script to identify these texts based on their location on the page, and then move the pages around, or create a new file with them in sorted order. This is not a trivial scripting task at all.

This is the magic of digital, there is no need to sort anything, just use the Search function.

Do you have Acrobat or just Reader? You can't do it in the latter.

Would you mind specifying what type of field is that?

I noticed the sequential increments on each page. Is this a stamp?

I assume this is not a text field, but static text on the page. In that case it might be possible to do it using a custom-made script, but only if the location is the same on each page and if the numbers are readable (ie. not just a part of an image).
If you'd share a sample file I could let you know for sure if it's doable, and if you're interested, for how much.

Yes that's what I thought. I don't think this is a text field.

Sure, you can copy a link here or via private message if you prefer.

With the file opened in Acrobat click on the "Share a link to this file" icon and it will upload a copy to the document cloud. When the process is done it will switch to a green checkmark icon. All you have to do next is paste that link in your next reply.

Can you be more specific?

Are you trying to sort by page number or by field type? Is the tephone number an annotation or an actual field object?
