Is it true that Acrobat Professional XI (11.0.18) destroys all the Hyperlinks in the target document after replacing all pages?

Is it true that Acrobat Professional XI (11.0.18) destroys all the Hyperlinks in the target document after replacing all pages of the source document when the target document already has Bookmarks and user defined page Numberings?

Number of pages and Hyperlinks are not changed in the source document, the source document is only updated in texts and tables
