Is my subscription working?

I have an Acrobat Pro subscription on two laptops.  I cannot get either computer to print a 1-page PDF file.  What could be the problem?

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

 

We checked your account with the Adobe ID (email) you have used to sign in to the community and see an active subscription to Acrobat Pro. Do you get any error messages when you try to print the PDF file? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.2043x. Optional update, Mar 19, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4cpenHQ.

You need to provide some more details. Starting with:

- Your OS version and Acrobat versions.

- What exactly happens when you try to print the file?

- Does it happen with other files, too, or just that one?

- Are you able to print to the same printer from other apps?
