Is the Submit button only for the fillable form

I want to distribute a PDF, one page content and a second page a fillable form.  When the fillable form is completed, and the SUBMIT button is clicked, will only the fillable form be submitted?

Sorry, you don't have any other options. Just delete it on your end when you get it...

No, that's not possible, assuming you have users that use the free Adobe Reader.

What you can do, though, is submit just the form data, if the file-size is an issue.

file size is not an issue and yes, that is all I want is the fillable form.  There is a difference between form data and complete form.  To clarify, I want to print the fillable form and later capture the data fields via CSV in Excel. There is no need for me to receive page one (instruction page).  Page one is an instruction page and page two is the fillable form.
