Is there a difference between eSign / Adobe Sign and the esignature tool offered through Acrobat DC?

Currently an enterprise Adobe Sign subscriber, but I see no reason not to move everyone to an Acrobat DC account if the signature service offers the same functionality - we'd be getting so much more for the money.  Any thoughts?
