Is there a hidden function (interleave) to scan double sided using single sided scanner?

Please don't ask me to provide you the specs of my scanner and Adobe version. I am using the latest Acrobat DC version and Windows 10. I don't want a batch script or anything complicated. If there is no one step solution then please do not reply. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to scan double side using single side scanner.
