Is there a way to add an active hyperlink to a comment? As in the actual text in the comment? I realize that this is not really the function of comments, but comments in .pdf are what I have to work with at this point. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC and this is for a diagram that I imported from Visio. Thank you to anyone with guidance!

You can use a form text field for this.

What do you mean Bernd Alheit? That I can use a form text field instead of a comment and put a hyperlink in the form text field?

Thank you for your reply!

Yes, that is possible. You would need to set the text field as having Rich Text Formatting (under Properties - Options), and then when you enter some text into it press Ctrl+E to open the Properties bar and you'll see that one of the options is to set the selected text as a link.

No, it's not possible.
