Is there a way to create a form field in a PDF where someone can upload a graphic image in the field?

I'm looking for help in finding a way to have someone that doesn't have access to Acrobat to be able to upload an image in a form field. Can that be done?

Yes, if they have the latest version of the free Adobe Reader it can be done if you add an "image" field (actually just a button with an icon) in Acrobat.

Do you want to have ready access to the image file when a user saves and returns the PDF, or do you just want to have the image appear on the page?

I just want the image to appear on the page. I'm creating a template and I want another company to be able to load their logo to the file when they personalize it with their contact information.
