Is there a way to have Acrobat OCR find both horizontal and rotated (90 degree or 270 degree) text?

What happens when you try to use OCR on documents like electrical schematics? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
