Is there a way to lock line spacing for paragraph and still have it auto resize text?

Question

I am trying to recreate the narrative text paragraph box from the document below. The paragraph box locks the line spacing to stay on the visible lines however resizes the text to create more room. How can I recreate this? I do understand this is a Livecycle designer document, is this even possible in Acrobat?

Yes, this is an LCD form. Doing it in an Acrobat form might be possible, but would require a script to dynamically change the font size depending on the length of the field's value. I'm not sure that's going to work very smoothly, though, as the change usually only takes effect once you exit the field.
