Is there a way to reduce/consolidate the number of notifications for Acrobat review comments?

I switched from doing PDF shared reviews using my own server to sharing using Adobe Cloud.  Previously, notifications occurred only when reviewers would publish their comments. Is there a way to get the same behavior with Adobe Cloud? I can only find how to turn on/off Adobe Cloud comment notification. I don't want to receive hundreds of individual notifications!
