Is there a way to use Fill and Sign and still have an editable document?

Hello there, our Accounting department needs folks to be able to sign their timesheets and get them signed by their manager, but Accounting also needs to be able to correct the timesheets later if they were done incorrectly or the percentages came out wrong, etc. Is there a way to use Fill and Sign or another signing feature in Adobe DC and still have the form be editable? Thank you!
