Is there an accessible drag and drop feature for Adobe PDF tag tree?

Question

Here's a video of what I'm referring to. It's possible to nest tags under others using a mouse. However, I can't seem to figure out if there's a way to perform this action only using a keyboard. This is especially unhelpful if you happen to have motor skill impairments, and a rather large accessibility issue in general.

Is there a workaround or a keyboard shortcut I'm not aware of.

Adobe doesn't put much keyboard accessibility into their programs, including Acrobat.

But there is SOME functionality that might be enough for you.

Some basic keyboard shortcuts I've learned over the years:

F4 opens and closes the left side Navigation Pane where the tag tree panel lives.
You can also get to it from the View menu (Alt+V) / Show-Hide / Nativation Panes / whichever one you'd like.
Note that with Acrobat's menus, once you're in one you can use the up/down arrows to slide down the menu, and the left/right arrows to expand/collapse a menu.
Once you're in the Tags Tree, arrow up/down to highlight the tag you want to move. Then Control C to cut it to the clipboard. Arrow down/up and left/right to position the selection point where you want to paste the tag, and then Control V to paste it.
