Is there any difference between the Pro and Standard versions regarding the Form plug-in?

Is there any difference between acrobat standard dc and acrobat pro dc in regard to the form plug-in?

We export data from our software into a external pdf-form and access the form via com (IAForm.App). Does the standard version support that, or do our customers have to purchase the pro version?
