Is there any way to still use my copy of Acrobat X on Windows 11 Version 23H2?

I recently upgraded my Lenovo desktop to Windows 11 Version 23H2 and now am getting a message that I already have 2 copies activated.

I've deactivated multiple copies I had and still I can't reinstall it.

Is there any way to fix this? I'm not rich.

Hi @jeff_7947

Sorry for the delayed response.

Acrobat XI was never mentioned as compatible with Windows 11: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements-old-versions.html List of the compatible operating systems:

  • Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3 for 32-bit or Service Pack 2 for 64-bit; Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit and 64-bit); Windows Server 2008 or 2008 R2 (32-bit and 64-bit); Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit); Windows 8 (32 bit and 64 bit); or Windows 10 (32 bit and 64 bit)

It may or may not work. Also, as you know, this product version has already been declared End of Support, which means there will be no security updates or bug fixes for this version of Acrobat.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
