I have Acrobat Professional DC2015 version installed on my computer previously I was able to convert certain part of a excel document within the excel itself .

But recently I am facing issue to do it as the option is not available in the print tab and when I try to create a PDF from excel the fonts are all messed up .

Please look into this and suggest what may be causing this issue

Hi @Lee37479166h5hh,

Sorry for the delayed response and trouble experience.

Please ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for updates.

Converting an Excel file to a PDF using the Print method is not advised or a good method to create a PDF. Alternatively, launch Acrobat > File > Create from file >  Select a file from the Computer, convert the file to PDF, and let us know how it works.

Also, if you launch Excel, you should be able to see PDF Maker at the ribbon on Excel; there is also a setting to ensure fonts are embedded with the file.
