Issue in converting complete workbook to PDF

I am having an issue printing an Excel 2016 workbook to the adobe printer.  I use to be able to print workbook with several pages to pdf file and it would print all pages to one file.  For some reason it prints 1 page and asks me again for a file to save as.  If I continue with the same file name it may print two or three more pages but it replaces the first one I started.  Someone at Adobe told me it is something in the properties of that excel workbook because it does work with others.  I checked the properties on the two files (the one that works and the one that does not work) they look the same to me so I don't know what is going on.  I tried saving the file as a different name but that ones does not work either.

Any suggestions?

This is caused by the print quality of the various pages being different.  Go to each page of the workbook and make sure the print quality is the same for each.

Hi tgspitz,

Please try to use "Create PDF" option under Acrobat ribbon on menu bar in MS Excel.

When you will select create PDF, you will get an Adobe PDF maker window.

There you can select the required option and then click Convert to PDF.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,
