Issue related to copying text after highlighting it

I am using Adober Reader 11.0.3.

Once text is highlighted in PDF using "Highlight Text" and save this file, then later on highlighted text can not be selected or copied.

Try the solution suggested:

(1) Right-click the highlighted text, and then choose
Enable Text Selection.

(2) Select the text from highlight that you want to copy, right-click, and then choose Copy.
