Issue with Adobe acrobat 26.001 21691

I was wondering if anyone else is having the following issues with Adobe acrobat 26.001 21691. 

  1. Stops responding when you try to print a document. If you let is sit there it eventually starts responding.
  2. Adobe will randomly crash.

Note: We have been experiencing these issues randomly over the past few years, but I have had 6 different employees report these issues in the past 2 days.

The only similarity is they are all run this version of adobe.

    Hope you're doing well and thanks for highlighting this. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

    As described you had 6 different employees report these issues in the past 2 days would you mind sharing the version of the OS they are using (Win or Mac). Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. 

    If the PDF is stored on a shared network, please save it to the computer locally and then try again and check for the issue.

    Also, share the Acrobat diagnostic logs as described here https://adobe.ly/4yyR1KA for further investigation.
