Issue with Adobe Acrobat DC Preflight resize feature

Hi there,
I have been trying to resize PDFs to 240x170 mm using Preflight resize page fix. Weird is that the document resizes to 245x175mm or 245.3 x 174.9 mm (or other close sizes). But never to the exact specified 240 x 170 mm, I have been trying to understand why looking at the reports and files, but cannot.

This used to work a few months ago, where I was able to resize many documents to that size. But for some reason, the process does not work now.
Does anybody have a clue why? or where to look at?

Original file is A4 landscape.

  • Acrobat version
  • Build Number
  • Is this bug reproducible on latest build also?
  • OS

I am on latest version of Acrobat, on a Win 10 system v 1903
