Hi. I have a problem with the Adobe Acrobat Edge extension. it downloads a file named demo_en-US.pdf at the start of opening every PDF. What do I have to stop it?

We have Adobe Acrobat extension for Edge. However, we see this banner referring Chrome. The users are getting confused. How to turn off this notification notification banner in the edge

Please let us know if you still get that banner. Ensure that the default browser is not Chrome.

Could you please confirm and share the complete screen where the banner appears? Also, does the banner appear when you download the PDF on the Edge browser?

If you can share the complete screen recording of the workflow that results in this notification on Edge, we will investigate this behavior further.

Please share the browser and OS version on the machine.
