Issue with Adobe Acrobat synchronization between laptop and tablet on Cloud

Hey there! I recently started using a Huawei tablet with Adobe Acrobat for my PDF work, specifically for adding comments and highlights. I've noticed a significant problem with file synchronization between my devices. When I save a PDF to the cloud after making comments on my tablet, the comments are visible on the tablet, but do not appear when I open the file on my laptop. Worse, when I go back to the tablet, the comments have also disappeared. I'm frustrated by this issue and don't want to have to do the same work twice. I'm hoping there's a setting I can fix, but if this is a recurring problem, I may have to return the tablet. Any advice would be appreciated.

@shauki_8099 I would double-check a few common settings that might be causing this hiccup. First, please make sure you are signed into the exact same Adobe account on both your laptop and your Huawei tablet. Sometimes, a simple sign-out and sign-in can refresh the connection. Second, check to see if the files are truly being saved to the cloud. On your tablet, when you're done with a document, look for a "save to cloud" or "sync" icon to ensure the changes are being uploaded. Sometimes, a file might be saved locally by default, especially if your internet connection is a little slow. Finally, confirm that you're opening the file from the "Document Cloud" section on your laptop's Adobe Acrobat, not from a local copy. It's easy to accidentally open an older version that's saved on your computer.
