Issue with Creating pdf portfolio

Having problems with pdf portfolio. its only printing the first file and skipping the rest, but its putting a checkmark next to them like they printed. This has happened to all of our computers.

Please let us know if this started recently. Did you check if this happens with all the portfolios?

Could you please share the screen recording of the workflow? Share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine. 

We will check with the team if this is a known issue.

This started a couple weeks ago, we removed adobe and downloaded it again and it worked for one day and then went right back to not working. 

This is happening on all 5 of our machines. Most of the machines are windows 10 pro, but one is windows 11. And Adobe has the newest update.

Attached is a video of what its doing. It puts a green check next to all of the files, but its only printing the first file.
