Issue with Distributed form on tablet/mobile device

Hi there, I have an issue with a distributed form. If I create the form (using prepare form in Adobe DC pro), and save it to "send later", then email it to a recipient, and they open it on their tablet (from their email client) it perform s as expected, the form launches in adobe reader on the device with a submit button, the tablet user can complete the form, submit and it is sent back to the correct address. All is well.

But

If I save that same created distributed form directly to the tablet (not from email) and launch it there is no "submit form" button but all the fillable fields are still "fillable". I need to be able to launch it time and time again from the tablet for "in-person" form completion for a trade show/convention. I don't need signatures so I don't want to use adobe sign.

If I save that created distributed form to any PC (not received through email) and open it, the submit button is present and it will send to the desired location.

Can anybody suggest a fix for tablet/mobile device?
