Issue with margins?

I add a footer and watermark to files every month at my job. They used to always look uniform on every page and now all of the sudden they don't? It's like each page has a different margin in the preview. See the attached pics. Between page 1 and 2 the margins look like they're different sizes and the font is smaller for the page number?

    What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

     

    Also share a small video recording of the steps you are doing to add the header for more clarity.

      I have confirmed I have the most updated version. I am adding it through edit, header and footer, add. It won't let me attach the screen recording video.
