Issue with new updated Adobe acrobat

After new update I have a tremendous problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro (version2023.008.20470), to open any pdf bigger than 5 pages, I need to wait more than 5 min before everything stop jumping and I am able to control the cursor and move pages. Every time I do something it freezes for several minutes. I am working on Photoshop and Indesign (up to date) and I dont have any problems. 

I am working On macOS Monterey version 12.7.3

I cleared RAM, I moved everything on extension drive, I am not using more than 2 programs at the same time, I really dont have idea why this is not working correctly.

 

I have tried unistal and instal and do several restarts, but it helped for a few days, now is back to the same sitiation as it was just after new release of Acrobat.

Please advise.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
