Issue with pdf experienced only with licensed version but not free Adobe Reader

Hello! I have a pdf document which is a W-9 form. This document was send to us by an accounting firm. As to the specifics of the form itself and how it was filled out and phsyically signed I do not know. There is a section where a user types in their name, address, city, etc. When the document is opened with Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 or 2020, the section where the user typed in their name, does not show, BUT it shows when the document is opened with the free Adobe Reader. I'm not sure what the issue is as to whether it is a setting or some improper setting or format coming from the accounting firm. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi @Jeffrey350191189yro

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF form or with all the forms? Please try with a different PDF form and check if the issue persists. Also, please share the PDF form in question so we can check it on our end.

Also make sure the document text color is set to black. Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Accessibility > Custom Color, set Document color to black, Click OK and reboot the application and check.

Regards

Amal
