Issue with pdf opening

Hello,

 

Actually I change the material of my PC and install the system on a new hardrive.
I re install as secondary my old hardrive and now, I can't open my pdf.

All of the pdf have a yellow lock and I don't know how to do.
If someone could help me, I will really appreciate.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with opening PDF files.

 

Do you see this issue with files that are on the new hard-drive or on the previous hard-drive?

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you are running (go to Menu> Help> About Acrobat Pro);

2. A full screen screenshot of the error you see;

3. Can you try opening a file from your cloud drive and check if they open or move a PDF file to your PC's desktop and try opening it from there. Let us know your findings.

 

Meanwhile, you can try repairing the application. To do so, go to Menu> Help> Repair Installation.

hello,

Thank you for the quick answer.
I only have acrobatreader on ,my PC, I don't have the version Pro at home.

I will try to open at my office next week as I can't before.
I will give you the information as soon as possible.

Thanks for the response.

 

The info asked above should do for Acrobat Reader too. 

Since the issue is related to opening and viewing files, troubleshooting steps would be relatively similar for both the Reader and Pro version of the application.
