issue with saving document
I am not able to save document .it starts displaying not responding
also the application gets stuck when i use highlighter

Looking at the information shared above, I assume that you are referring to the Adobe Reader DC desktop application? If yes, then could you please share the exact version of Reader you are working on?
- Open Reader>Help>About Adobe Reader
- The version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat you are working on, check if you have the latest patch installed or not Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
