issue with video attached to rich media

Hi. I'm trying to attach a video to adobe acrobat dc pro however, after attaching it prompted me to activate it and when I did it, the file just crashed and disappeared. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular video file that you are trying to attach/embed into the PDF file? Please try with a different video file and see if that works.

What are the steps you are doing to attach the video to PDF file? A small video recording of the same would b very helpful

Also make sure you have the Acrobat updated to the recent version 23.06.20380. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
