Hi @hanxiong_6597,

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

Considering the problem, I would recommend contacting dedicated support for Sign users: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/sign.html

This may require checking the backend details and determining if there is any conflict. Also, check with your Admin to see if the license for the said user is active on the Admin console at your end.

Thank you for your patience.

@hanxiong_6597 So, it did work the other day?

Did something change with your employment? Do check with the IT team; likely, your e-signature privileges have either been inadvertently removed, your user profile has been deactivated or altered, or there's a temporary glitch in the licensing assignment. While less common for a sudden loss of access, a fresh sign-out from all Adobe applications and the Creative Cloud desktop app, followed by a complete sign-in, can sometimes refresh your credentials and permissions. However, for an enterprise account, the most effective and direct solution will come from your dedicated Adobe administrator.

When you contact your administrator, be prepared to provide them with the exact error message you're seeing, including the "xxxxx" part if it's a specific identifier. Also, tell them the date this issue started and any recent changes you or your department might have made to your Adobe account or software. Your administrator will need to log into the Adobe Admin Console for your organization and check your user profile. They will look to ensure that you are assigned to the correct product profile that includes Adobe Sign (e-signature) capabilities and that your user status is active. They might also need to verify that the email address associated with your Adobe ID in the Admin Console matches the one you're using to log in.
