Issues saving PDFS

Question

Hi,Often although not always when I try to save PDFS which I have added highlighting, comments, or drawings to I will receive a variety of errors, often including "bad parameter" -- although that's not the only one. This often results in me losing work. Sometimes this happens when I have moved or renamed the file before saving--but again, not always. Please advise!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.2039x Planned update, Jan 23, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check.

Is this issue specific to one PDF or happening with all PDFs? For testing purposes, please disable the Enhanced security of the app and check. Navigate to Menu > Preferences > Enhanced Security > uncheck enable enhanced security > click OK, restart the app.

Please enable the security after testing.
