Issues viewing 3D pdfs (jagged outlines)

Hi! I have issues viewing 3D pdfs (Mac OS Monterey) in Acrobat. The images have jagged outlines, and turning them is very slow. I have the same issue on the 3 Macs in this household. However, my employer who has a PC has no problems whatsoever, the images have smooth outlines on her screen. I find it so hard to believe that this would be the case, that 3D pdfs are not working properly on Macs but they are on PCs. There must be a setting I can change? Many thanks for your help!

Update! Found a way to work around this: An (old PC) external screen. In that one the pdf looks much bigger than on my iMac screen. Weirdly enough when I tried a new high quality external screen this didn’t work.

Also I had to choose in Acrobat Preferences, Multimedia & 3D, Preferred renderer: OpenGL 1.4. This way the pdf is high res and quick to move/turn (but very small on iMac screen).
