Issues when printing multiple copies double sided

I have a user who when printing mulitple copies of an 11 page document (double sided), page 1 of the 2nd copy is printing on the back of page 11 of the first copy. It doesn't happen on their old computer and doesn't happen on Preview app on the Mac, so it does seem to be an Acrobat problem.


I imagine this is a setting somewhere but don't have Acrobat myself so can't play around. Any ideas for when I get back on their computer and poke around?

As you print two copies, please add a blank page at the end of the PDF. Then try to print and see if that works.

I appreciate the suggestion but that shouldn't be required. Issue didn't exist on their old computer and Acrobat should print like any other normal application does.
