Issues With Adobe

Question

When i try and open the adobe desktop it shows the below screen and when editting a document i have the same issue. I tried uninstalling Adobe and reintalling. Did not work. I tried unistalling all the abobe apps but Creative Cloud will no unnstall, i have uninstalled all the apps but still refuses. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I assume by "Adobe" you mean the "Adobe Acrobat" application. Adobe makes may different applications, so it's not clear what you are referring to. The screenshot also does not show anything that would allow us to identify the application. However, such a white rectangle can show up in Adobe Acrobat or Reader when the "Show online storage..." options are selected. Go into Acrobat's (or Reader's) preferences, then select the General category and turn off the two "Show online storage..." options. Does that make a difference?
