Issues with combining pdfs

Combining PDF's on the users computer only replicates the first page that was selected, if you select page 1-5 it will just have 5 page 1's. Tried removing and reinstalling adobe, repairing and updating but not resolved. User has adobe pro license assigned and installed.

Do the files happen to have fields with the same names (like different filled-in copies of the same form)? If so, that would explain it, as fields with the same name in a single file will have the same value. You can flatten the files first, then combine them, for example.

Could you elaborate on which app you are using to combine and your exact steps for combining PDF documents?

Also, please share the following details:

- Acrobat app version.

- OS name and version.

- A video showing the problem at your end.

With that information, we can try to reproduce the problem and escalate to the engineering team if necessary.
