Issues with Font After Converting to Reduced File Size

Hello,

I have a client that I made Fill-able PDF's for and some of them are too large to upload to a website they use to get signatures on said forms. I made a reduced file using the "Adobe 8.0 and higher" "Adobe 9.0 and higher" and "Adobe 10.0 and higher" options and I get the same font issue no matter which option I choose. The font at the top of the first screen shot it what it's supposed to be but in a few random places on page one and page two through five all convert to this other font. However, when I go into the reduced file size to try and edit the font there it says it is the correct font formatting... Any suggestions?
