Item failed to convert or Skipped file

Question

Hi,When I am converting my emails from Outlook into pdf searchable portfolio's, it works for one folder (sometimes about 300 emails), then the next folder I try to archive Skips files with error message "Item failed to convert".  If I completely shut-down my pc and start again, I can sometimes get another folder made into pdf before the errors start again.  I have tried converting small folders too, but it seems once I start getting the error message it is hard to get the pdf maker to work without getting error messages. I really like this email pdf portfolio it is perfect for my needs, can anyone help please?Many thanks,Jenny

Old thread but maybe this will help others along the way.

I did 3 different things so I am not sure which fixed it. But they were as follows:

1) Ran a repair of the Adobe Acrobat program

2) exported the folder to a PST and then opened it in a local Outlook Profile as an Outlook Data folder (basically exporting from Exchange and makinge a local copy to work with).

3) removed all calendar and reminder entries since I did not intent to PDF those anyway.

It converted properly after that whereas before that it ran into one error and then errored on all the remaining items.
