Javascript is still executing even when it is disabled

Javascript is disabled as per configurations below.

However, after enabling all conents, Javascript is still executing.

What are the other configurations required to disable Javascript? Even after selecting the enable all content button, I am expecting a prompt that Javascript is still disabled and Javascript should not be executable.

Try restarting the application. Is JS still disabled in the Preferences? Does the alert window still appear?

Also, what's your OS version?
